1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank

holidays). Orders placed after 4pm or during weekends and holidays will be processed on

the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation

email.

2. UK Shipping

We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available if selected and paid for at checkout)

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on destination and the

courier service selected. International and express shipping are available if the customer

selects and pays for the service at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by

their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment. We may

offer promotional free shipping offers from time to time.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier issues,

customs processing, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. Nazart Kids is not

responsible for delays once orders have been handed over to the courier.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Nazart Kids

cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please
