Nazart Kids – Refund Policy

 

1. Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Nazart Kids. If you are not completely satisfied, you

may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 • Unworn and unused

 • In original condition with tags attached

 • In original packaging where possible

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These may

include underwear, personalised items, or sale items (if specified at checkout).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or

rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10

working days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We

will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
